To obtain an olive oil of exceptional quality, our olives are manually harvested at optimum ripeness from late November to early December. They are taken to the stone mill and pressed within just a few hours after picking.
Intense, rich fruity flavours, slightly bitter; perfect for seasoning meat, salads, tomatoes with mozzarella.
